# Mon conjoint n'est plus avec moi, dois-je quand même l'ajouter à ma demande ?

Si vous êtes considéré comme divorcé, vous n'avez pas besoin de l'ajouter à votre demande. Nous demandons cependant (en cas d'approbation) un certificat de divorce pour le notaire une fois que la demande de prêt est prête à être financée.
