Where can I generate my Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) agreement?

  1. Log in to your portal.
  2. Navigate to the loan application tab
  3. Click on the respective loan application.
  4. Navigate to the documents tab.
  5. Click on the document placeholder named: Pre-authorized Debit agreement.
  6. Ensure that the bank account selected has been marked “verified” by PADS. If this is not the case, please make sure you have uploaded a bank statement for PADS to verify.
  7. If your account is verified, you will be able to generate the PAD agreement and can expect to receive an email with a document link to sign.
