Where can I generate my Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) agreement?
- Log in to your portal.
- Navigate to the loan application tab
- Click on the respective loan application.
- Navigate to the documents tab.
- Click on the document placeholder named: Pre-authorized Debit agreement.
- Ensure that the bank account selected has been marked “verified” by PADS. If this is not the case, please make sure you have uploaded a bank statement for PADS to verify.
- If your account is verified, you will be able to generate the PAD agreement and can expect to receive an email with a document link to sign.
