# What is Flinks?

Flinks is a technology platform that enables PADS to connect users' bank accounts, verify account ownership, assess financial health, and access real-time financial data. Flinks offers a secure, reliable connection between financial institutions and applications, ensuring that users' data is accessed and transferred with their consent and in compliance with PIPEDA, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
