# What information should I be ready to share with my insurance provider?

When you reach out to your insurance provider, they'll likely want to know a few key details. They might ask about the lender's name (which is "PADSIUM Capital Investments Inc." as stated in your commitment agreement), the amount of your loan, how long the loan lasts, and what the interest rate is amongst other items.
