# What happens once I approve my loan?

Once you approve your loan by clicking on the “review” tab you will be able to generate the commitment agreement. It's important to note that once it's generated, the agreement will need to be signed by the PADS Financial team first. Following their signature, you'll receive an email containing a link to the document for your electronic signature.
