# What does “verified" mean?

When your status shows as "verified," it indicates that your bank account has undergone thorough vetting. This verification ensures that we can accurately prepare the PAD agreement based on the chosen account for depositing the loan proceeds and debiting the loan repayment amounts. It's important to verify your account, especially in cases of joint accounts, to confirm ownership and ensure accurate processing.
