# What does it mean when my application status is “Funding”?

Once all parties have successfully signed the commitment agreement the loan application status changes to “funding”. At this stage, PADS requires a selected number of documents depending on the file's nature, including proof of home insurance on the subject property to be uploaded to the portal.
