My Document does not generate. What do I do?

If your document is not generating, please ensure that you have clicked on "Review" to accept the terms and conditions of your PADS Financial loan offer. Once this step is completed, the commitment agreement will become available to you. Also, note that after generating the document, PADS must sign it before you can access it directly. You'll receive a link via email once the document is ready for your review.
