My co-applicant/spouse lost the email that they are supposed to receive. How can I get a new one sent?

If your co-applicant/spouse lost the email:


  1. Access the following link: https://app.padsfinancial.com/sign-in


  1. Click on the "Forgot password?" option.


  1. Follow the required steps to reset your password.


  1. Once their password is reset, they can sign in to their account and complete their part of the application.
