My co-applicant/spouse did not receive their email to create their portal what should I do?

If you’re spouse or co-applicant haven't received an email to create their account, simply guide them through the following steps:


  1. Access the following link: https://app.padsfinancial.com/sign-in


  1. Click on the "Forgot password?" option.


  1. Follow the required steps to reset your password.


  1. Once their password is reset, they can sign in to their account and complete their part of the application.
