I'm trying to generate my PAD agreement, but my bank account says, “Not verified”, what does it mean?
If you are unable to generate the PAD agreement and you see a “not verified” status placed next to your bank account information, make sure you have uploaded a bank statement under the “documents” tab in your loan application. If this has already been done but the status “not verified” is still there, please contact PADS through live chat for more information.
