# I'm still not receiving the SMS code even after trying multiple times. What should I do?

1. Verify correct phone number entry: Double-check that you entered the correct phone number during registration to ensure there are no errors. 

2. Check SMS inbox settings: Ensure that your phone's SMS inbox is not blocked or filtered, preventing the receipt of verification messages. 

3. Network signal: Check your network signal; a weak signal can lead to delays in receiving SMS. Move to an area with better reception if possible.
