# How do I change my email preferences?

To customize your email preferences, please follow these steps: 

1. Access your account settings in the PADS portal. 

2. Navigate to your profile by clicking on the profile icon 

3. Click on the notification icon to the left of your profile icon 

4. Once clicked, the settings button will appear. 

5. From there, you can tailor your email settings to align with your preferences.
