How can I approve or decline my loan offer?

You will be able to view the icons corresponding to the decision you wish to make when logging in to your loan application page on the top right-hand corner:

1. Log in to your portal.
2. Go to the loan applications tab and click on your corresponding loan application’s file (the three dots on the right).
3. On the top right-hand corner of the page (next to the loan application number) you will find three icons corresponding to the decision you wish to make after viewing your loan details provided on the loan details tab.

The three icons correspond to the following: review (approving the loan and generating commitment agreement document), decline (declining the loan application completely), and request changes (sending back the file to PADS for reconsideration).
